Include all the essential macronutrients in your diet like carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins etc.
Exercise is must for a healthy body, and it has been rightly said – A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Many entrepreneurs tend to gain a lot of weight and put themselves in the vicious circle of many dangerous diseases, this all can be avoided by a simple exercise done daily. Just give 20 minutes of your day for simple exercises. If you don’t have a lot of time, try doing compound exercises. If you are a person who is spending your entire day by just staring at computer screen then you need to really buckle up and sweat it out.
Exercise your mind also-
Not only physical fitness will boost your productivity and your health but at the same time, you need to look for the mental health as well. For mental health, you should do meditation and yoga. Optimism and Happiness-

Almost every entrepreneur/budding entrepreneur, especially who are working on their startup along with their job/college spend their entire nights working on their business idea. It’s good to work hard but working by hampering your health is just not alright. 7-8 Hours of sound sleep is a must for this much hard work. This will not only ensure your enthusiasm but will also boost up your productivity.

Usually, startup founders are a part of many networking events, but why don’t you be a part of Stress-Burster Events..? Make sure, on monthly basis, to at least join such stress-burster events/activities or comedy clubs to refresh yourselves with a positive attitude.
A lot of dedication is needed to run a business and to make it successful. You must work harder than everyone else and that’s how you can push your limits. In between, you need to take care of your health.
