Usually, you get a cover for 30 days before hospitalization and for 60 days after hospitalized. That means you do not have to worry about the pre and post hospitalization expenses as well. Post-hospitalization expenses like medicines and checkups are met by the insurance company.

  • Always look for the network of an insurance company. Many health insurance companies have a widespread network, go for them. The main point is to look into all the factors, not just the cover or the amount offered. You must choose a plan which has a network in the nearby hospital.
